Job Details
Position includes responsibilities for curriculum instruction and upgrade of online and/or classroom-based courses and instructional materials directly related to operations or technical support in the field of Surgical Technologies. Additional responsibilities may include student advising, committee work, marketing programs, working with various industry advisory committees, incumbent employee training, submitting grades by the established deadline and other duties as assigned by the Surgical Technology Program Director, the Health Science Department Chair and/or the Dean of Current and Emerging Technologies (CET).

Required Competencies
- Associate's Degree or certificate in Surgical Technology.
- A credential in the field of surgical technology through a national certification program that is accredited by the NCCA .
- A NDBON UAP Registration (ND Board of Nursing Unlicensed Assistive Personnel Registration).
- A minimum total of 3 years of experience in the operating room scrub role within the past 5 years.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Good computer software skills - Microsoft Office, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Curriculum development, teaching and/or training experience
