Boat Loader

We are currently hiring for a 1st shift Loader in New York Mills, MN. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a local manufacturing company.

The boat loader drives forklift and yard tractors in order to move boats for shipment from the plant following safety guidelines and designated procedures

* Load finished boats for shipment from the plant.
* Move boats and equipment to loading area and loads items on trailers or containers.
* Secures boats and equipment for transport.
* Cutting wooden rigging elements.

Required Skills:

* High School Diploma or GED.
* Three months experience in a manufacturing setting preferred.
* Previous forklift operation required.
* Detailed and organized person with ability to read and understand production schedule.
* Computer skills preferred.
