MAN-Interim(T2P) S&U Tax Analyst

SALES and USE TAX ANALYST

Jefferson Wells has an immediate need for a Sales and Use Tax Analyst to join the team of one of our premier clients located in the Milwaukee, WI area! This position is 100% REMOTE. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, along with a passion for Sales and Use Tax, desire to grow, be challenged and be part of an outstanding organization! POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
* Preparation of Sales and Use Tax returns for multiple states.
* Provide assistance with data gathering of documentation for return prep.
* Update and maintain Sales and Use Tax calendars.
* Print and organize invoice copies required for Sales and Use Tax audits.
* Scan and save Sales and Use Tax returns and documentations for records retention.
* Assist with providing documentation to internal customers when requested.
* Miscellaneous Sales and Use Tax support.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
* Associate's degree in accounting, finance or equivalent.
* Bachelor's degree preferred.
* 2+ years Sales and Use tax experience in a large corporation.
* Excellent Microsoft Office skills, especially in Excel, with ability to prepare spreadsheets.
* Exceptional organizational and project management skills with high attention to detail.
* Advanced analytical skills.
* Strong commitment to superior customer service.
* Ability to write, speak and interact clearly and professionally.
