OCM Communications Consultant

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce's valued client in Milwaukee, WI is seeking an experienced OCM Communications Consultant that is a driver of change and committed to helping people adapt to organizational, system and process changes. Summary: The Organizational Change Management (OCM) and Communication Consultant will be a member of an IT project team with a focus on the people side of change, including changes to technical systems and technologies. OCM Communications work will support the network site migrations at more than 80 offices and plant locations globally. This a contract position that will start remotely. Local to Milwaukee would be preferred for face to face meetings once things open back up.

Job Requirements:

REQUIREMENTS:

• 7-10 years in organizational change management and internal communications experience with focus on technical implementations/deployments
• Demonstrated team player accustomed to collaborating across functional areas and external partners
• Ability to provide both strategic and tactical communication strategy, planning and execution
• Expert writer
• Demonstrates strong interpersonal communication
• Ability to transform complex detail into understandable change communication and materials
• Proven ability to perform within defined timelines
• Ability to influence stakeholders in written and oral communications

Preferred:

• BA or BS degree in Organizational Development or Corporate Communications
• Change Management Professional and/or Project Manager certification
• Knowledge of PROSCI ADKAR (tm) methodology a plus certification
