An IT Infrastructure Architect with O365 expertise for a direct hire role in the Milwaukee, Wisconsin area.


Position Summary:

In this role you will be responsible for aligning Microsoft O365 and Azure infrastructure technology solutions with business strategies, promoting adoption, implementation, support and configuring various Microsoft cloud-based products. Monitor emerging O365 technologies and features for opportunities to advance Regal's O365 adoption and strategies.


Major Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the IT subject matter expert (SME) for all supported O365 tools.
  • Define direction, governance, provisioning, and best practices for all of the supported O365 tools.
  • Drive adoption of O365 services by working with business users to understand their business problems. Showing the O365 integration into that business problem/processes that drives efficiency and productivity and solves the issue.
  • Provide guidance and coaching to associates as they build and learn the solutions the team implements currently and the solutions we are developing for the future.
  • Builds and manages synergistic relationships with relevant business partners.
  • Provide guidance to others within the in the Infrastructure team.
  • Serve as an escalation point to assist with clearing roadblocks and driving projects with O365 components to completion.
  • Administer and support Office 365 and Azure Active Directory
  • Maintain a highly secure Office 365 system through proper configuration and system access monitoring.
  • Run E-discovery reports as requested.
  • Participate in the Cybersecurity Team which is responsible for monitoring security and responding to security incidents.
  • Lead Mail and Office 365 migration tasks associated with acquisitions and divestitures.

Required Education / Experience / Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related and a minimum of 3 years of direct experience; experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree.
  • Demonstrated knowledge in Office 365 Administration .
  • Microsoft Certification in relevant areas
  • Power Platform, PowerBI, and Active Directory experience a plus.
  • Strong PowerShell experience
  • Extremely influential with a proven track record of successfully navigating organizations through change efforts.
  • Ability to assess and solve complex problems with many variables.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Ability to quickly establish relationships and earn the trust/respect of others.
  • Strong leadership attributes with a fearless approach to ambiguous situations, able to mediate conflicts -recognize options - propose and implement solutions.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent presentation skills in both oral and written form
  • Genuine desire to learn is essential
