We are currently hiring for 1st shift modular home builders in Detroit Lakes, MN. Modular homes are manufactured in a factory setting. These positions are full-time temporary with the possibility of turning into a permanent position.
Responsibilities Include:
Frequent bending/stooping/reaching
Minimum of 50lb lifting requirement
Frequent use of pneumatic tools - air nailers, staplers, etc
Must provide own 16oz hammer, 25-30' tape measure and tool belt
Qualifications:
Previous construction, carpentry or plumbing experience preferred.
Ability to read blueprints and schematics
Must be able to take accurate measurements
Able to work as part of a team or independently.
Strong attention to detail.
