**A $3,500 SIGN ON BONUS IS AVAILABLE**
Lakewood Health System is seeking a FULL TIME PM SHIFT CNA/TMA for our Care Center. Our Care Center has recently been recognized as a leading Care Center by CMS.

We offer a highly competitive pay package, additional pay for previous CNA/TMA work experience, shift differential pay for evenings and NOC shifts, medical benefits, dental benefits, 401K, aggressive FTO accrual, voluntary insurance benefits and a wellness program. Some benefits only apply to employees working a minimum of 64 hours every two weeks.
This is a full-time position working up to 64-80 hours per pay period 2 PM - 10:30 PM and an every third weekend and holiday rotation..
We are currently seeking qualified, compassionate CNA/TMA to provide individualized personal centered care, which includes but is not limited to assisting with feeding, dressing, bathing, transferring residents while preserving their rights and human dignity in a confidential manner and encouraging the resident to function at their highest level of ability and correctly dispense medications and complete all treatments as ordered.
Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years of age Certification showing successful completion of the State of MN approved Nursing Assistant Program test out (CNA/CRA). Ability to work in a team environment Great multi-tasking skills Excellent bedside manner and nursing skills Ability to create a safe, effective environment by informing others and using good judgment
