YOUR ROLE

  • Drive end to end process improvement projects and propose enhancements to increase process efficiency, transparency, governance, compliance
  • Track and optimize account receivables & collection activities
  • Gather and analyze data related to customers' overdue balances and identify root-causes for process optimization
  • Work closely with Henkel's Manila Shared Service Center (SSC) , Sales, Customer Service and other operational departments to address process issues
  • Support AR reporting, overdue commenting and other various reporting activities in cooperation with SSC
  • Prepare presentation materials for senior leadership and provide guidance and leadership for corporate-wide initiatives or special projects


YOUR SKILLS

  • Master's degree in Finance or Accounting and 2-3 years of experience preferred. An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Understanding of general business processes and financial statements
  • Strong problem-solving capability (identification of the root causes and actions to resolve them)
  • Project management experience - project organization, tasks and actions follow up, presentations to the Steering committee
  • Demonstrated experience executing tasks and projects with a sense of urgency
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and a high level of energy
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be able to take on other finance and/or business roles in the future
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, SAP a plus.
