YOUR ROLE

· The Sales Analyst is responsible for leading analytical and technical support for our Beauty Care eCommerce team including both functional and account management.

· Functional support includes providing strategic framework around the facts and data used to support our customer and business and manage key sales systems and forecast as well as tracking our online performance against KPI's.

· Account management support includes providing accurate reporting, data analytics & insights, presentations, and other business needs to drive sustainable growth of Henkel's Beauty Care eCommerce Business

· Responsible for effectively communicating key trends, insights, gaps and opportunities, promotional analysis, etc. both internally and externally to help influence decisions.

· Focus on process improvement with key customers to drive business efficiency including mitigating chargebacks, deductions, OOS, etc.

· Reside as expert in data systems used to support the business: IRI, COLOR, Mintel, Capris, Shiloh, One Click Retail, Clavis, Slice, Retailer POS portals and the like)

· Lead the design and communication of all internal and external POS reporting and customer scorecards

· Own the sales forecast planning process and ensure the systemic plan matches the sales forecast call; Provide trend analysis to support in the forecast process

· Provide periodic updates to senior management; play a leadership role in developing both internal and customer presentations

YOUR SKILLS

· Bachelors Degree with 2-3+ years of successful experience with CPG analytics. eCommerce experience preferred but not required.

· Demonstrated skill in executing and delivering thought leadership and category insights.

· Strong analytical and technical experience and knowledge. Expertise with Retailer POS and Syndicated data

· Experience working in a complex organization and driving collaboration; experience in partnering with cross functional customer function

· Proven time management - able to prioritize multiple task
