YOUR ROLE

  • This is a technical position providing support, assistant, and guidance to the Engineering staff. The job will perform technical work related to the engineering activities to include automation programming, plc programming, CAD design, fabrication, and electrical installation.
  • Assist in the installation and qualification of manufacturing equipment, troubleshoot day-to-day manufacturing issues, identify and/or implement system improvements that contribute to the achievement of throughput, yield and product performance goals.
  • Interpret, troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic circuits.
  • Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic system failures in a timely manner and provide integrated solutions to prevent reoccurrence.
  • Have a working knowledge of Programmable Logic Controllers, robotics and automated systems.
  • Fabricate various end of arm automation systems.
  • Utilize 3D CAD to design mechanical solutions
  • Assist Engineering in process layout and development.


YOUR SKILLS

  • 2 years of manufacturing plant maintenance or field specific experience.
  • Electrical arc blast certification
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
  • CAD experience is a benefit
