Froedtert Health and Medical College of Wisconsin is in the search for an Executive Director, Ambulatory Surgery Center Division. The Executive Director, Ambulatory Surgery Center Division is responsible for directing, coordinating, and managing all aspects of the operating functions, processes, and staff of Froedtert Health's Ambulatory Surgery Centers while demonstrating the primary goal of efficiently providing surgical services that exceed customer expectations and improving clinical and financial operations. The Executive Director has oversight of four ASCs located throughout the metro area.

The ideal candidate should demonstrate both a collaborative and entrepreneurial mindset and be able to develop and improve existing ambulatory surgical services within an academic healthcare system environment.
