Inside Sales Associate

L.W. Meyer, Inc. is currently looking for an Inside Sale Associate. L.W. Meyer, Inc. is a contractor supply company with four locations across Wisconsin and Illinois. We supply hundreds of customers in general construction, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and security with power tools, hardware, safety supplies, and much more. The Inside Sales Associate role is a primary point of contact for our customers who are looking to place their orders and may need guidance in finding exactly what they're looking for. With that in mind, the person for this job will have knowledge of this industry or a strong desire to learn in order to succeed. The goal of this position is to forge a connection with our customers and supply the product(s) they are looking for to get their job done. This is an office-based sales position with room for growth based on performance and initiative. While this role does require an individual who is self-motivated and able to work on their own, there is a sales team for support and to act as an additional resource.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Experience in customer service or retail
• Recommended, but not required: Background in the construction or hardware industry
