The Accounting Manager will be responsible for all areas related to the daily accounting operations and financial reporting. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

Responsibilities:

?? The Accounting Manager will record and analyze the company's financial information and ensure it's done in a timely manner.

?? Manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure that there is a redundant process backup in place for every critical operation.

?? Direct the maintenance of general and subsidiary ledgers, accounts receivable, revenue distribution, depreciation, cost, property, and operating expenses, and insurance records.

?? Manage the monthly close process and financial reporting and analysis.

?? Prepare financial reports and examine documentation in conformance with accounting principles and requirements.

?? Assist in the development and implementation of goals, policies, priorities, and procedures relating to budget, accounting, and/or payroll.

?? Prepare statements and reports of estimated future costs and revenues.

?? Coordinate preparation of external audit materials and external financial reporting.

?? Develop and implement policies and procedures with emphasis on internal controls.

?? The Accounting Manager will directly supervises accounting personnel and the Accounts Receivable Manager who supervises a total of three employees.

?? Other duties and special projects as assigned.

The Accounting Manager will possess the following:

Requirements

?? The Accounting Manager will have 5+ years' relevant accounting experience. Manufacturing experience a plus.

?? Management/supervisory experience required.

?? Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel.

?? Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization.

?? The Accounting Manager will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.

?? CPA and/or CMA preferred.
