What You Will Be Doing

• Managerial tasks include things from staff management to administrative duties. This position will have 8-12 direct reports.
• You will be giving employee performance evaluations, as well as clear development goals for staff
• Perform Accounts Payable pre-close and close process and open a new period
• Assist with establishing and executing department goals and budgets
• Spearhead the advancement and utilization of ERP applications
• Part of your duties is to provide accurate payments on all authorized expenditures in accordance with corporate policies
• Create and issue management reports
• We leverage Esker -- experience with this is preferred
  

What You Need for this Position

• High energy and highly capable professional that wants to put their stamp on their next role! Someone to come in and take charge!
• Four-year degree in accounting or business administration or equivalent work experience
• You should have 3 or more years in a general accounting manager/leadership role
• Hands-on experience with an automated accounts payable system
• Enterprise Resource Planning applications experience
• General Ledger Accounting experience
• Account Reconciliations experience
• We leverage Esker -- experience with this is preferred
