WLSSD seeks qualified Part-time Receptionist to join our nationally recognized team. This key position creates an important first impression for visitors and requires an experienced, organized & efficient person.
Job Responsibilities:
 Managing the flow of visitors to WLSSD.
 General clerical duties and office management.
 Respond to WLSSD hotline and route calls accordingly.
 Assist in scheduling (tours, calendars, conference space).
Here’s what we’re looking for:
 Ability to work M-F, typical hours 9:00-3:00
 A positive, friendly, upbeat and personable demeanor.
 Superior customer service experience.
 Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects
 Self-starter and takes pride in your work.
 High school diploma/equivalent and one year of direct related job experience
 Knowledge of Microsoft office applications.
