Job Description

In this role, you are responsible for the alignment of the HR Strategy & Operations organization across the HR function. You will lead, initiate, and deliver against significant HR initiatives that drives efficiency for the organization. This position reports to the Head of HR Strategy & Operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Regularly engage with CHRO and HR Leadership Team to ensure alignment and awareness on major projects and initiatives.

  • Communicate status of project work to appropriate individuals to keep them informed and involved.

  • Assist with providing linkage between the HR strategy & operations group, HRLT, others within the HR organization and our key partners.

  • Consult, advise and partner with Business HR, HR Operations, COEs, HRLT and other business stakeholders to design a cohesive HR strategy including processes, policies and procedures.

  • Drive definition of service level agreements and operational metrics for HR processes and programs.

  • Ensure that organizational systems (structure, processes, people, budget and time) are in place to support the accomplishment of short and long-term business objectives.

  • Develop and communicate a clear charter for a project or initiative with clarity of scope and expected outcomes.

  • Provide input into HR program roadmaps based on visibility to timing/impact of other implementation plans.

  • Support HR planning and budgeting process.

  • Support recurring regulatory and board preparation processes

  • Drive and administer the internal HR recognition programs and practices

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree required. Business or related field.

  • 10 or more years of relevant experience required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience driving strategic initiative(s), from strategy inception to results measurement.

  • Proven ability to partner with senior leadership to manage complex business initiatives and effectively meet the needs of businesses.

  • Solid knowledge of MS Office Products.

  • Strong, effective, persuasive communication skills verbal and written.
