We are looking for a motivated individual to join our HR leadership team to focus on our Human Resource Business Partner team. In this role, the individual will lead our HR Business Partners and direct activities in support of overall strategic objectives - with a focus on enhancing quality of the workplace environment and improving organizational effectiveness.

What you'll do

Know the business of CentraCare and understand the levers that drive success
Provide strategic and tactical guidance to senior leadership teams and HR Business Partners
Serve as an expert with comprehensive first-hand knowledge of HR disciplines and ensures people processes deliver the intended results
Set strategy and vision for HR Business Partner team
Participate with executive leadership in strategic planning and goal setting
Be a trusted executive advisor
Coach senior leaders toward enhancing effective worRecruiter relations, with objectives of producing a high degree of employee engagement, improved retention, and reduced turnover

What you'll have

Bachelor's degree in personnel, business administration or related field
Ten years' of progressive career history in related Human Resources roles will be considered in lieu of Bachelor's Degree
Masters Degree in Human Resources, Organization Development or other applicable business field preferred
Experience in multi site integration organization (hospital, clinic and nursing home) preferred
Experience in leadership coaching and development preferred
Sr. Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and/or Society of Human Resource Management - Sr. Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) preferred
Broad knowledge of Human Resources disciplines
Strong Business Acumen
Strong written and verbal communication skills
