QUALITY MANAGER

Black River Falls, WI

Land O'Lakes Animal Milk Solutions, a division of Land O'Lakes, Inc., a global agri-food products business, is currently seeking a qualified candidate for a Quality Manager position.

Responsibilities will include: Overseeing Enterprise Quality Management System (EQMS) to establish/maintain safe feed operating procedures in the facility; driving compliance by monitoring production procedures and developing corrective actions; ensuring good housekeeping practices are in place and proper documentation is completed; leading regulatory, customer and internal quality audits; overseeing lab functions to ensure proper quality testing of each product; working with customers and sales to follow-up on customer concerns/complaints.

Requirements include: Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 3+ years of experience in food/feed manufacturing, excellent communication and management coaching skills, ability to motivate and inspire a team.
