Accounts Payable Clerk

DescriptionMy Client in the west metro is adding an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their growing organization. This position incorporates all aspects of AP including entering invoices, matching PO's, working with inventory, assisting with check runs and month end reconciliations. This opportunity will have potential to grow within the accounting department to Staff Accountant or similar as the company continues to grow. This is a full time direct hire opportunity that offers a full competitive benefits plan including PTO and 401k. Requirements- Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills, especially with both technical and financial backgrounds- Competent with spreadsheets and databases- Prior experience in an A/P role preferred- AA or BS/BA degree in Accounting, Business or similar preferred- Account reconciliation experience highly desired- Deep understanding of Invoice- General familiarity with Enter Vendor Invoices- Oracle PeopleSoft experience highly preferred- Comprehensive knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP)- Adeptness in Bank Account Reconciliation- Command of Code Invoices- Demonstrated knowledge of bank reconciliations- Foundational knowledge in Check Runs- Practical knowledge of Manage Vendor Relationships- Highly organized and self-motivatedRobert Half Finance & Accounting matches skilled professionals with remote or on-site jobs in accounting, bookkeeping, finance, audit, taxation and more on a full-time basis.
