Technology Architect

VALERE Consulting and Recruiting is seeking a Technology Architect for our Client in the Twin Cities. We are Looking for candidates who have progressed into Architecture from engineering experience in multiple Technology stacks, Cloud Infrastructure & an Agile Devs Ops focus.

This is a contract position; local and non-local candidates are encouraged to apply.

Overview:

In this role, this Technology Architect is primarily responsible for architecting and designing technology solutions that meet the business requirements and align with the broader enterprise strategy. This role will help facilitate the research, design, development, and integration of technology architectures to align with business vision, goals, and objectives.

Work will be completed on a remote/virtual basis

Responsibilities:

??? Take end-to-end ownership of driving a product feature into solution working with various enterprise architects, security, data architecture, legal, privacy etc.

??? Create and maintain the architecture and design artifacts for end-to-end Solution Architecture

??? Implement and drive adoption of leading technology frameworks, standards and tools.

??? Influence capability roadmap to include technical upgrades and innovations.

??? Collaborate with application and infrastructure engineers to design, document and maintain current and strategic cross-capability roadmaps, principles, standards models, patterns, and reference architectures.

??? Work with the different Architecture Boards in the enterprise to gain alignment on solutions and technology.

??? Facilitate effective meetings, information requirements sessions, advocate compromises and resolve conflicts

??? Support Agile/Engineering Teams throughout the execution lifecycle. E.g. Refinement activity, participate in Product Demos

Required Skills:

• 8+ years of experience with Architecture and Design across multiple technology stacks
• 4+ years of experience in a Cloud Infrastructure environment
• 3+ years of experience in Agile/DevOps environment
• Solid experience in designing complex, secure, highly scalable systems
• Experience with Data Modeling/Data Analysis
• Experience with highly scalable microservices architecture
• Architecture experience working for large platform migration projects
• Design/Architectural patterns
• Microservices Architecture
• Data Modeling/Analysis
• Enterprise Security Architecture
• RESTful Webservices
• Prior engineering experience.
• Excellent communication

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in Workforce Scheduling would be a plus
• Experience with Native Mobile App implementation would be a plus
• Experience with NoSQL Databases
• Experience with ML/AI
