Human Resources Manager

HR Manager needed in the Madison area!

A great non-profit client of ours is looking to add an HR Manager to their team. The HR Manager will report into the Administrative Operations Manager and will be responsible for participating in strategic decision making activities, benefits administration, talent acquisition initiatives and being the main resource for any employee relations concerns.

The ideal candidate will have 5 or more years of progressive HR experience, a Bachelor's Degree and HR certification, and mentorship/supervisory experience. Non-profit industry experience is ideal!

-Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resource Management or related field

-5+ years progressive HR experience

-Knowledge of federal, state and local employment laws

-Strong business acumen

-Ability to establish, maintain, and coordinate effective working relationships with all levels of staff, vendors, and the general public

-Ability to maintain the utmost confidentiality of all agency information

-Demonstrated understanding and sensitivity to interactions with individuals from diverse backgrounds and cultures
