Location: Preferably Milwaukee, WI or Chicago, IL basedYour Purpose:As a Director, Human Resources in our People & Culture organization, you will partner with and provide strategic HR counsel to senior, global functional leaders. In this role, you will also develop talent strategies, solutions and a workforce strategy to ensure leaders are best positioned to effectively execute our strategic goals. What Will You Do?Make An Impact By: Coaching and advising our most senior functional leaders to deliver business results and drive strong talent decisions. Building organizational effectiveness, including organizational design of complex, globally-distributed functions. Assessing and understanding each leader's performance and potential and enabling their development and progression in the organization. Partnering with leaders to drive a performance and development culture within their teams. Collaborating across the People & Culture to shape and innovate solutions. Being a catalyst for change and embedding change management capability in teams. Enabling increasingly data-driven talent decision-making.Share Expertise By: Bringing deep and broad HR generalist experience, particularly with senior leaders. Providing HR expertise and point of view to corporate functions such as Global IT and Global Sales, ensuring a focus on talent, development, and culture are embedded within leadership's ongoing analysis and purview. Gain Exposure By: Influencing senior leaders who may be headquartered in the US or abroad.
