Service Integration Manager
The Role
- Responsible for leading and driving quality execution, operational excellence, and delivering technology solutions that meet business needs and optimize customer experience.
- Collaborates with business partners across the organization to gain understanding of their business needs and priorities to address business and operational challenges.
- Responsible for identifying process improvement opportunities to ensure system availability as measured by key performance indicators and availability metrics and SLA factors.\
- Leads and drives compliance with IT structures / processes / technologies
- Drives quality execution, operational excellence, and delivery of technology solutions that meet business needs
- Drives input to project forecasting and planning activities
- Supports the financial forecasting and actual cost reporting on a monthly basis
- Lead and drive accountability for the delivery with AMOSA, identifies, develops and promotes proactive approaches to prevent issues from occurring.
- Effectively communicates with IT and business stakeholders, including senior management; manages unknowns and successfully navigates a complex organizational landscape
- Directs and drives special IT run projects as needed while identifying process improvement opportunities
- Effectively develops and coaches team members as needed; manages multiple priorities at a time

- 8-10 years of experience required Education
- 11+ years of experience preferred
- Four-year degree required
- Advanced degree preferred
