The Role
  • Responsible for leading and driving quality execution, operational excellence, and delivering technology solutions that meet business needs and optimize customer experience.
  • Collaborates with business partners across the organization to gain understanding of their business needs and priorities to address business and operational challenges.
  • Responsible for identifying process improvement opportunities to ensure system availability as measured by key performance indicators and availability metrics and SLA factors.\
Essential Job Functions:
  • Leads and drives compliance with IT structures / processes / technologies
  • Drives quality execution, operational excellence, and delivery of technology solutions that meet business needs
  • Drives input to project forecasting and planning activities
  • Supports the financial forecasting and actual cost reporting on a monthly basis
  • Lead and drive accountability for the delivery with AMOSA, identifies, develops and promotes proactive approaches to prevent issues from occurring.
  • Effectively communicates with IT and business stakeholders, including senior management; manages unknowns and successfully navigates a complex organizational landscape
  • Directs and drives special IT run projects as needed while identifying process improvement opportunities
  • Effectively develops and coaches team members as needed; manages multiple priorities at a time
  • Integrates infrastructure services into clients Life environment
Experience:
  • 8-10 years of experience required Education
  • 11+ years of experience preferred
Education:
  • Four-year degree required
  • Advanced degree preferred
