Pay Rate/Salary: 80-120K salary Hourly would be $65.00 per hour on W2 while on contract.

Type/Term: Contract to Hire or possible perm for the right candidate

Interview Process:

Step 1 - 20-minute phone screen with the hiring manager.

Step 2 - 60-90 minutes In a person with the team

Step 3 - 2-hour work sample project within hours or days of in-person

Required Skills for this

?? Full stack experience required.

?? Strong problem solving, analytical and debugging skills are required.

?? Strong communication skills (Business facing and technology-focused)

?? Experience building complex, loosely coupled, software solutions using industry best patterns, practices, and technologies.

?? Microservices architecture experience a plus

?? Microsoft Azure/Cloud Experience
