Hours will be Monday-Thursday from 5AM-3:30-PMRate of pay is between $23-$27/hr DOE.We are looking for a Lead Shipping Coordinator who will grow at our Vancouver, WA facility.The Lead Shipping Coordinator will ensure orders are fulfilled on time, in full and support every department in exceeding each of our customers expectations.In this role you will:Use SAP software to verify customer orders were processed efficiently and accuratelyPull reports to ensure inventory transfers were completed on timeResearch and resolve inventory discrepanciesLead coordinating efforts between shipping team, distribution team and off site inventory teams to achieve timely shipmentsPartner with receiving and transfer coordinators to support inbound and outbound movements as neededEnsure the success of UPS order fulfillment processesLead the communication between Hawthorne and LTL/FTL carriersCreate purchase orders for warehouse supplies as neededResearch delayed shipments and create prompt solutions to achieve customer expectationsLead all efforts necessary to ensure local deliveries are fulfilled same dayEnsure drivers routes are accurately assigned based on prioritiesCollaborates with order pullers, pallet wrappers and loaders to ensure accurate fulfillmentTrain new warehouse associates to support cross-training initiativesContribute to safety programs and committeesMaintain accurate and organized shipping documentation filingAnswer phones and assist supervisors with employee communicationsThe perfect person will have:Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)Experience with SAP ERPClear written and verbal communication skillsExcellent time management skillsKnowledge of product pulling/inventory systemsExcellent attention to detailGood research skills for resolving inventory discrepanciesAble to operate efficiently in a fast paced environmentCourteous and professional demeanorExperience with shipping servicesThis is what we will bring to the table:Extremely competitive benefits including: Health, Dental and Vision coverageDiscounted gym memberships across the U.S.A highly energetic and fast paced environment at a rapidly growing companyUnbelievable 401K match and discounted stock purchasing programGenerous vacation day policy in addition to 11 holidaysOur commitment to LiveTotal Health puts the wellness and safety of our associates and their families as the top priority.
