The position will be starting out remote and eventually will be migrating back to their corporate headquarters.ResponsibilitiesOversee the financial well being of multi-million dollar capital expenditure projects. Duties include but are not limited to:+ Financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, variance tracking, and calculating earned value metrics+ Establish and conduct operational reporting for the PMO Portfolio Director+ Support team contributors on the understanding of operational reporting+ Ensure the PMO financial transactions are in adherence of the company's policy and accordance to GAAP+ Act as the financial voice of the PMO team with multiple departments across the organization+ Establish and provide subject matter expertise on transactional systems; including timecard, general ledger accounts, contracts, and invoicing systems+ Ensure timeliness and quality of month-end processing, financial statements, invoicing, portfolio reporting, KPI reporting, risk resrve management, and portfolio planning+ Work closely with the lead Project Manager to supply all needed financial informationSkills+ Financial Analysis+ Financial Reporting+ Financial Statements+ Financial Planning+ Project Manager+ Project Management+ Budgeting and Forecasting+ Variance Analysis+ Operational Reporting+ Capital Asset Accounting+ Capital Funding+ Portfolio Financial Management+ Accrual based Accounting+ SAP+ SharePointEducation+ Bachelors (required)Qualifications+ Years of experience: 5 years+ Experience level:ExperiencedShift: FirstWorking hours: 8 AM - 5 PMRandstad is a world leader in matching great people with great companies.
