Recruiting for a Electrical Engineer to join a best-in-class medical device contract design, development, and manufacturing organization in White Bear Lake, MN.


This engineering group will be exposed to a broad range of new product development projects that include; therapy delivery devices, point of care diagnostic devices, catheters, leads, capital equipment etc.

Primary Responsibilities:



  • Provide electrical engineering support and expertise in defining, designing, developing and testing a wide variety of medical device projects.

  • Work in a multidisciplinary team of product development and manufacturing engineers.

  • Collaborate with engineers and designers from clients companies.

  • Designs microprocessor-based systems including electronic hardware, software and analog and digital input and output circuits


Requirements:



  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or relevant discipline.

  • 3-5 years of experience in electronic hardware design including analog and digital circuits

  • Experience with in-circuit emulators, logic analyzers, and other debugging tools and test equipment

  • Knowledge of embedded firmware development using C

  • Excellent analytic problem-solving skills

  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced environment handling multiple tasks and demands

  • Good written and oral communication skills


Ideal Candidate:



  • Medical device experience

  • Masters degree in engineering

  • Understanding of OOP techniques & C++ for use in embedded environment
