Treasury Analyst

DescriptionOur client is looking for a Treasury Analyst to take on an exciting job opportunity! The Treasure Analyst will be responsible for supporting their online/mobile banking activities, everything from customer service to posting transactions. They'll be taking inbound calls from individual and corporate customers, answering questions/providing solutions to online banking questions.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS??? Review and process enrollment and maintenance requests for digital products or services.??? Execute Treasury Management customer implementations.??? Complete incoming requests for all treasury products and services, including national products partners and fintech partners.??? Coordinate product installation / activation and work with customers to test product and services.??? Track & report activity to approve origination files / identify activity exceptions specific to standards and thresholds.??? Assist with merchant remote deposit capture review process.??? Assist with mobile deposit review process.??? Assist with processing e-statement requests. ??? Assist customers with questions, on-going user and product maintenance regarding digital products and services.??? Research and resolve product and service support issues through incoming calls, email, and online secure messages.??? Maintain up-to-date product matrices and logs.??? Develop and maintain department procedures.??? Make suggestions to management for enhancements to the digital platforms.??? Assist management with the implementation of enhancements to digital products and services.???
