Join us.Starting Wages: $20.00/hr and UP, full benefits package, vacation and PTO time!2nd Shift - 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM3rd Shift- Sunday Night - Thursday Night 11:00 PM - 7:00 AMSUMMARY of POSITION:Perform a variety of propeller grinding processes and equipment operation in our propeller investment casting foundry to meet the production schedule.PRIMARY DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:Perform repetitive propeller processing activities Boxing - welding - grinding - hand sanding Perform operations using hand & power toolsPerform all required activities in a safe and quality conscious mannerAttend company provided training as requiredMaintain a clean and safe working area in accordance with Procedures and Plant Safety RulesBasic Qualifications:Strong work ethicPositive attitudeAdaptable / flexiblePerform with a sense of urgencyDependable & responsibleHigh integritySelf-motivatedSound metal working skillsExperience / capable of weldingExperience / capable of sanding / manipulating metal to a detailed specificationWilling & Capable of standing for long periods of timeWilling & Capable of working in front of an industrial grinding machineWilling to work in an environment that requires the use of specific PPE:Safety glasses / welding shield - hearing protection - gloves - leather apron - metatarsal shoesCapable of performing work activities in a safe mannerCapable of following plant rules and PPE requirementsAbility to perform all tasks independently with no direct supervisionQuality mindset willing to communicate product quality issues / concernsProficient communication skillsHigh School educationWe are the people behind life's passions.Brunswick does not accept applications, inquiries or solicitations from unapproved staffing agencies or vendors.
