Temp to perm
This is a MOBILE TEMP TO PERM assignment for the Minneapolis, MN area. Candidate will be provided a work van for this assignment. HOURS - 8 hours a day to ensure work orders are completed in a timely manner. Work Environment - Remote/ Busy Market/ Flexible. Skills/Qualifications - Candidate will need to have maintenance skills to include plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting. Would like to have a candidate in place by 3/31/2021.
These are work from home / van positions. There is no home office to go into everyday. They would be responsible for setting their routes / schedules each day based on the WO's that come in and work that can be performed while clients are around vs prior to the bank opening. Hours are flexible as long as they are accounting for 8 hours a day and closing out their tickets in the system.
Work will be 90% at bank branches and about 10% office buildings. It includes all maintenance break / fix type functions, heating / cooling issues, plumbing issues, electrical, lighting ballast, filter replacements, light carpentry, carpet replacement, 3rd party vendor coordination as required, site clean up as required, etc.
