Job Summery
The Human Resources Learning Consultant is a liaison to both internal and external partners of Altru Health System to educate and engage employees with a focus on onboarding, employee retention and service delivery. Facilitates learning experiences, creates and delivers curriculum and content, and fosters networking. Responsible for consulting, teaching, lesson planning, research and evaluation. Creates an engaging environment for adult learning of a variety of disciplines utilizing highly developed communication skills, technology and instructional design.

Job Summery

Essential Job Functions
- Coordinates, facilitates and delivers orientation programs, including new employee orientation.
- Assists in creation and updating/maintenance of curriculum.
- Educates employees and promotes both Human Resources and system wide initiatives tied to the organization's culture and employee engagement.
- Partners with the Human Resources team to create content, messaging, and establish learning and communication plans.
- Conducts ongoing needs analysis, applying best practice and data, to identify and continuously improve the department's priority educational programs.
- Performs other duties as assigned or needed to meet the needs of the department/organization.

- Demonstrates the ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in written format.
- Demonstrates knowledge of adult learning principles.
