We have 2 positions available with a limit of 1000 hours. Position is hourly based with a 40-hour work week with the possibility of overtime.
Education and Experience: Apprentice certification from accredited electrical line worker program. Valid driver’s license and commercial driver’s license permit required.
Essential and Physical Functions: All duties shall be performed while maintaining and enforcing a very high standard of safety and workmanship. Majority of work occurs outside. Must be able to lift, carry, push, pull or move up to and not limited to 75 pounds in weight. Frequently required to stand, walk, sit, bend, twist and reach. Climbing poles or structures and operates power tools and equipment as needed to perform the tasks required for the position.
Duties: Installing, troubleshooting, maintaining, electrical overhead and underground facilities of various voltages in both energized and de-energized conditions. Other duties may be staking, loading, hauling, setting, framing, stringing, sagging, connecting, trenching, plowing, terminating, tree trimming, repairing, inspecting, locating of electrical facilities, company physical facilities and equipment. Maintain and solicit field, equipment, safety data and information.
