General Job Duties:
  • Act as the liaison for all parties involved in the restoration projects (vendors, subcontractors, technicians, company managers, insurance clerks, and clients).
  • Identify customer needs for emergency reservations services and act urgently accordingly to each scenario
  • Answer incoming phone calls on a multi-line system with empathy to offer help.
  • Use a high level of communication to ensure clients are informed throughout the whole process
  • Schedule service crews, project managers, subcontractors, and technicians.
  • Update multiple management software programs with detailed documentation
  • Assist with Accounts Receivable
  • Work flexible and additional hours when workflow dictates
  • Manage organized and detailed job files
Experience Required:
  • Must be customer centric focused, empathic, and resourceful
  • Detail oriented, professional, team player, and strong multi-tasking skills
  • 1 + years of project coordination, scheduling, and dispatching preferred
  • General understanding of construction or restoration principles is a plus
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Pass drug tests and a criminal background check
Details:
  • Schedule: Monday- Friday 8:00am-5:00pm + overtime opportunities
  • Pay: $18/hr- $22/hr
