General Summary:

The Inside Sales and Account Manager performs a variety of duties in the areas of sales, account management and office administration. Provides exceptional customer service, pursues new business and manages existing accounts and projects as assigned and ensures clients derive maximum value from our services. We provide services within the Petroleum industry.

Sales Key Results Areas (KRAs):

Sales - The incumbent will be expected to aggressively pursue new business for Protanic with new customers of all sizes. This position is expected to consistently provide excellent customer service and leadership to all accounts, as well as represent our company values to ensure quality.

You will be expected to call on and sell to independent gas station owners and larger chain entities. Numerous resources will be provided to the incumbent; a resourceful, go- getter will be the ideal candidate. In addition, you will be responsible for managing accounts gained through a current new initiative with a long-standing customer. Daily management of this system and sales to other clients will also be a focus of this position.

You will be creating accurate service orders for our customers, scheduling services and reviewing completed service orders for any follow up action. It will be important to understand all services and products Protanic offers. Expect to be a member of a fast-paced interactive sales team. You may also be required to make some proactive outside sales calls and attend one or two trade shows annually.

Office Operations - The incumbent will be expected to perform and assist in other office duties related to the sales process.

Customer Support - Responsible for maintaining an accurate, up-to-date customer data base.

Technician Support - The incumbent will provide our service technicians with the necessary information to successfully complete the job. This includes the scope of work. In addition, explain to clients findings of the job and how to remedy any failures and/or deficiencies.

Measures of Success:

Key measures of success have been identified to monitor performance objectively:

??? Meet or exceed monthly sales goals

??? Number of new sites added per month

??? Cross-selling other products and services as appropriate

??? Exploring and developing new customer opportunities

??? Failed jobs are re-scheduled on a timely basis

??? Customers services are completed on or before due date

??? Technicians have accurate service orders in a timely manner

??? Regulatory agencies notified of test dates and other requested information

??? Number of new Accounts obtained from our current initiative

Job Specifications:

??? Proven sales capabilities, including cold calling experience

??? Verbal and written communication skills, collaboration skills, attention to detail and ability to follow through on commitments

??? Self-motivated and independent thinker willing to learn and perform new approaches to established business processes

??? Willing to be held accountable for results

??? Ability to work with team members and customers in a positive and courteous manner to establish and maintain effective working relationships

??? Ability to work in fast paced environment

??? Ability and skill to use Microsoft Office (Word & Excel), other database software and office equipment

??? Demonstrated ability to work independently and accomplish a variety of concurrent tasks on a day-to-day basis in a timely, organized, and professional manner with appropriate follow-up

??? Ability to research projects/jobs as requested and organize and report relevant information

??? Skill in effectively resolving conflicts

??? Ability to understand technical situations and relay information in a non-technical manner to customers.


Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year + incentive bonuses
