Heating And Air Conditioning Engineer

Ajilon is seeking an Engineer to join a growing team and help oversee major projects and preventative maintenance for a multi-building organization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the performance of the team of Technicians/Mechanics over multiple shifts
• Data conversion, reporting, and logging
• Establish preventative maintenance scheduling in the system for HVAC systems
• Provide engineering guidance to all technicians as needed
• Manage subcontractors and suppliers for certain projects
• Act as point of contact for on site janitorial and maintenance staff for any problem solving
• Lead continuous improvement events

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering
• 3+ years' relevant work experience within Maintenance or Reliability
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
• CMMS system experience
