One of our clients is looking to add a new Administrative professional to their tight-knit, family-like team!


You would be:

  • Taking notes during client meetings and getting them organized and into the system
  • Prepping for client meetings
  • Following up after the client meetings
  • Keeping the files and practices organized
  • Helping out and working with the office manager
  • Assisting the CEO
  • Other various administrative tasks as needed


You have the following skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products - Excel, Word, PowerPoint (helpful), Outlook
  • Some knowledge of CRM's
  • Knowledge of life insurance products, some investment knowledge
  • 2+ years of administrative experience
