VL Builders is searching for professional sales associates to join and assist our team! Candidates will need to be motivated to help drive a great team of top sales professionals toward success!

This role calls for an individual looking to develop and over-achieve, providing exceptional customer support to assist homeowners in creating the home of their dreams! If you are a natural leader with a passion for delivering results over and above consistently, this job is for you!

Sales Associate candidates should be comfortable communicating on the phone and in-person with various types of people. Some sales experience is preferred but do not worry! If you have never been in the home-improvement industry, our exceptional training program will deliver everything you need to know, while a top sales and leadership manager will be by your side to assist your education!

Qualifications

2-3 years' experience in Sales, preferred.

Emotional Intelligence

Valid Driver's license

Intermediate Level technology knowledge

Ability to life 50 pounds.

Ability to climb a ladder and on roofs.

Ability to pass a background check.

Self-driven and self-motivated

MUST be able to take constructive criticism and learn from mistakes.

Excellent oral & written skills

Excellent communication and 'people skills'

Sales & Negotiation skills, preferred.

Planning & Organization skills
