??? POSITION SUMMARY: JonnyPops, based in St. Louis Park, MN, develops, manufactures, distributes, and markets frozen novelty treats under the JonnyPops brand. Retailers from coast to coast including, Target, Costco, Walmart, Sam's Club, Albertson's, Safeway, Kroger, along with thousands of regional and local grocers make JonnyPops a part of their assortment. Growing from a dorm room start-up in 2012, JonnyPops is focused on a continuing mission to introduce new people and markets to our better-for-you frozen treats, while also innovating and introducing delicious new products for everyone to enjoy! The Marketing Administrative and Consumer Affairs Coordinator is responsible for first line consumer contact across phone, social and email platforms. Additional responsibilities include executional leadership in sales and consumer sampling program as well as community outreach programs. The Coordinator role is a critical part of our marketing team and our 1 to 1 voice to the consumer.

Essential functions and primary responsibilities:

  • Owns Consumer Affairs process and execution
  • Responsible for personalized and professional response to consumers and fans in response to praise, complaints, questions in the voice of the brand.
  • Partners with production quality lead to fill out consumer feedback forms with the goal of ensuring we are consistently delivering amazing products to the consumer.
  • Maintaining consumer contact log and identifying and reporting on trends during food safety and quality update meetings.
  • Adapt key learnings to consistently evolve best practices for consumer interactions
  • Owns management of local events and donations
  • Set up and coordinate events, donations and deliveries through e-mails and phone calls.
  • Responsible for product inventory assigned to marketing
  • Supports execution of 1 to 1 consumer outreach through organizing, directing and execution of direct mail campaigns.
  • Support Sales and sell in
  • Responsible for Sample Shipment program including tracking and reporting tool for sample activities by sales or marketing individual.
  • Route inbound and outbound mail and sales-related packages.
  • Owns fulfillment process of cross channel point of sale orders
  • General office support
  • Greets visitors and guests to the JonnyPops office and receives, records, and routes calls in appropriate manner.
  • Maintain overall office appearance and branding, including front entry, office lunch area, and supply area.
  • Maintain the organization of the Sales and Marketing department and oversee inventory of marketing and promotional materials

EDUCATION

Prefer Bachelor's degree in Marketing, communications or business; or equivalent combination of education and experience

EXPERIENCE and SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:

?? Intuitive communicator, adaptable to broad consumer base with excellent written and verbal communication skills

?? Strong people skills across consumers and team members

  • Strong organizational skills; able to manage priorities and workflow.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees.
  • Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
  • Ability to learn database applications.
  • Thirst for learning, willingness to take initiative and creative problem solver
  • Must have a driver license
  • Must be able to lift 50lbs
  • Basic computer and phone skills.

STATUS

This position is exempt making it ineligible for overtime.
