YOUR ROLE

  • Responsible for achievement of monthly, quarterly and yearly sales goals, new innovation/ promotional placement and inventory management while maintaining profit targets
  • Develop and foster relationships with distributor partners through face to face and virtual meetings to align on assets and activations to support sell through
  • Develop a comprehensive sales, marketing and education plan for the distributor partner that aligns with overall company objectives
  • Conduct field visits throughout the country on a quarterly basis
  • Create and maintain a promo and activity calendar specific to distributor partner, track sell out, investments, ROI, inventory movement, gaps and opportunities
  • Work as a contributing team member to share ideas, best practices and opportunities for company growth
  • Work with distributor partner for additional opportunities for increased sales and market share through, but not limited to CRMs, on-line activities, sampling, mailers, coupons, etc.


YOUR SKILLS

  • Successful growth record in a Key Account Management Role that understands and executes strategic thinking and activations for the overall long-term development of the brand
  • Successful track record of sales growth, market development and inventory management
  • Possess a creative, entrepreneurial spirit that drives results while operating within company guidelines
  • Solutions oriented individual with the ability to multitask, work with multiple departments and pivot when necessary
  • Ability to negotiate for the best possible outcome
  • Must be proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Minimum 5 years in Professional Beauty and Color experience
