YOUR ROLE

  • Shared responsibility for Product Recommendations, New Product Demonstrations, and Troubleshooting for direct customers
  • Performs technical visits (meetings, audits, demonstrations, troubleshooting, etc.) at customers and documents them via the standard TCS Report template
  • Works with application equipment to provide solutions to enhance customer adhesive related processes
  • Coordinates the laboratory work (including prioritization) for samples coming from customers, and reports technical results to customers
  • Quantifies, documents and reports Henkel solution's value to customers
  • Gives the needed technical trainings to field sales forces and customers
  • Documents all activities in CAPRIS/ACE and in the TCS Lab Requests database


YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Chemistry or relevant Science discipline
  • Product applications, customer knowledge to deliver/quantify value and run demos
  • Analytical, mechanical, organizational, troubleshooting, and problem solving skills
  • Selling/Negotiation and Business/Industry Acumen skills
  • Relationship Building and Teamwork skills
  • Leverages Digital Tools
  • Motivated, Takes Initiative, Willing to Change, High Learning Agility
