Maintenance Technician- Direct Hire

Kelly is currently looking for two Maintenance Technicians in Germantown, WIAll of my openings are Direct Hire- meaning you are hired directly with our clients and offered their benefits, paid holiday/vacation, and 401k upon hire!Our growing client offers a very generous compensation and vacation/PTO package- see details below!Location: Germantown, WIPay: $27 - $35 per hour- overtime eligible, but not much will be workedShifts:Wednesday through Sunday from 2:00 pm to 11:00 pmWednesday through Sunday from 10:00 pm to 7:00 amBenefits:+ Medical, vision, and dental+ 401k + 4% match+ Educational assistance+ _Eight Paid holidays, three floating holidays, three weeks of vacation, and five days of PTO!_+ 3% bonus eligible at year end!Responsibilities:+ Create and follow maintenance standard operating procedures (SOPs).+ Troubleshoot machinery and diagnose the root cause of malfunctions using diagnostic tools and problem-solving abilities.+ Perform mechanical repairs using hand and power tools.+ Collaborate with other maintenance technicians to solve complex mechanical issues.+ Maintains a safe and clean work environment+ Follows all internal safety practices and OSHA regulations.+ Provides excellent customer service to internal client groups.+ Ensures timely completion and compliance with cGMP and all other relevant company training requirements.Please let me know if you are interested in discussing further!**Why Kelly** **??** **?**You're looking to keep your career moving onward and upward, and we're here to help you do just that.
