Voted "Best Place to Work" for the 4th year in a row! Trust Point Inc. of La Crosse, WI. is looking to fill a full-time building manager/maintenance position. The position is responsible for the daily maintenance of the interior and exterior of our La Crosse, WI. building, including the parking lot and grounds. In addition, this position will have limited maintenance responsibilities for our Eau Claire, WI. facility. This includes arranging with vendors, when appropriate. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESLa Crosse Facility:Clean and maintain all areas of the building. Perform daily cleaning and sanitation in all public areas including restrooms.Empty trash and recycling as needed. Replace light bulbs, as needed.Perform quality checks on HVAC, air conditioning, plumbing and electrical system. Including the monitoring of water levels in the elevator shaft and monthly replacement of HVAC filters. Shovel public walks and arrange for plowing, as needed.Complete routine repairs, as needed.Arrange for contractors, as necessary.Weed and water of green spaces, as needed.General painting, as required.Assist with movement of furniture for office relocations and company event set-up. Monitor and restock paper supply in copy rooms. Maintain appropriate levels of approved cleaning supplies including chemicals and paper suppliesMaintain OSHA required Safety Data Sheets (SDS) Responsibility for adhering to regulations and internal policies, as well as responding to escalating risk issues in a timely manner. Other duties as assigned.Qualification & Skill Requirements:2 years or more of applicable experienceLight carpentry, plumbing and electrical skills, are desired. A professional demeanor with the ability to work independently, solve problems and make decisions. The ability to perform physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling of materials. Must be able to move 50 pounds using proper lifting techniques. Must be able to lift 100 pounds, with assistance, using proper lifting techniques or equipment.Must be able to stand for extended periods of time. A valid drivers license is required.
