Information Technology Project Manager

Do you thrive in fast-paced environments? Do you enjoy managing projects in less-formal environments (using Excel, and not Microsoft Project)? If so, you're in luck!

Your role - if selected to be an IT Project Manager at our client - is to get things done and coordinate various technical projects. You will play an integral role at a highly sought after employer in Madison, WI.

This is a contract role through the end of 2021 (+ full benefits), with a high likelihood of extension or even conversion to full-time employee. You will work remotely, until working on-site in the fall.

Your Job:

• Dive into the weeds on technical projects, ranging from mobile applications to employee engagement tools.
• Empower a fast-paced team to be successful by coordinating how the team gets things done.
• Communicate timely updates to management, especially when escalation is necessary.
• Use Excel (and sometimes other tools) to track project status and deadlines.

You Must Have:

• Project management experience
• Solid Microsoft Excel skills
• Strong communication skills

Bonus points if you have experience in any of the following:

• Financial industry
• IT integration projects
• Agile
• Trello, JIRA, or ServiceNow
