Come join our IT Department as a Full-Time Developer.

This position will require the successful candidate to work closely with business units to document processes for improvement with the IS Manager to ensure that coding standards and guidelines are followed. Work with the IS Manager in the design, development, documentation, analysis, creation, testing or modification of Oracle systems and ancillary programs. Utilize DNACreator to develop, test and deploy DNAapps directly into DNA Development Kit (SDK) to develop features (DNAapps) that customize/tailor DNA.

The ideal candidate will be able to:

• Model and develop robotic processes during the project development stage.
• Update and maintain Developer Standards around RPA best practices.
• Investigate and document better practices/alternative solutions that could be used in future development.
• Working Experience in supporting 24-7 mission critical databases.
• Hands-on skills and knowledge of Oracle database design, implementation, and administration in Linux, and Windows environments
• Strong skill and knowledge in performance tuning from both database design and SQL coding perspectives
• Be responsible for creating and maintaining DNA Test & Development Environments for testing and developing DNAapps.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Experience with Oracle PL/SQL
• Experience with .NET 3.5 or above, C# and technologies such as WCF, WPF and ASP.NET
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• 2+ years' experience in Oracle database administration and development
• 4-year college degree in computer and related fields is preferred

Required Education and Experience

Four-year Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems and four years' experience working in 24/7 mission critical database environment. Must demonstrate a deep knowledge in implementing, administering, and troubleshooting database architecture.
