What skills, education, and experiences does your ideal candidate(s) have?

Candidates must have a valid MN driver's license and be able to pass a DHS background study. DSP and LST position's no experience is necessary as you will receive training.

What do you feel candidates need to know about the company before applying? Our clients come first, they are the reason we are here. The clients are very active in their communities through volunteerism and social activities. Clients volunteer doing such things as bell ringing, laying wreaths at veterans graves, and feeding the hungry. Social activities include sports, dances, community activities.
