* Operate equipment safely and efficiently while keeping them maintained: excavators, tractor/backhoe, directional drills, cable plows, pothole machines, and many more
* Read and interpret designs and drawings.
* Traveling required
* Leading a team
* Tracking progress
* Other various duties
Skills
* Ability to work in a team- POSITIVE ATTITUDE
* Experience in operating equipment
* Safely excavating around live utilities
* Safe driving
* Good verbal communication
* Able to read instructions and blueprints when needed.
* Reliable
* Attention to detail.
* Willing to train-NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY
