Job DescriptionCoordinator / Program Manager needed. Experience and resume needed. Currently interviewing! Long term project.Harvesting of parts from pre-owned Medical equipment is a vital element of the supply chain for the service parts organization. The MR Upgrade Harvest Coordinator role will be responsible for working with Global teams to ensure that prior to MR upgrades, systems are tested and all relevant data and documents are gathered to enable recovery and Harvest of the components removed during the upgrade. Essential Responsibilities and Tasks:Global:* Monitor new equipment orders for MR upgrades and work with the appropriate region resources to trigger appropriate testing and recovery processes* Measure performance of completion of Harvest testing and recovery for each upgrade orderUSCAN:* Monitor new equipment orders for MR upgrades and reach out to the appropriate field team resource (Field Engineer) in advance of order shipment to line up system testing (Not more than 30 days in advance of the completion of the upgrade).* Provide appropriate Harvest test document to the Field Engineer (FE) based on the type of upgrade occurring.* Create and manage Service Requests in the Siebel system to assign the onsite system testing to a qualified Field Engineer.* Track completion and receipt of the Harvest test document. Ensure the document is compliant with all requirements and that the test completion is properly signed off by the responsible Field Engineer.* Ensure that the Field Engineer understands the process to return all items removed during the upgrade process including how to properly label and ship the items.* Load all test results and system details into the i-Harvest tool.* Document issues or defects associated with the testing and material recovery processes and share for appropriate follow-up and resolution.* Manage dashboards and other appropriate reporting tools to share overall testing and recovery effectiveness and the cumulative financial impact/write up value of the recovered parts.Qualifications / Requirements* Strong verbal and written communication skills.* Strong phone skills including ability to influence/persuade* Experience with Microsoft Office suite including Excel.* Ability to work effectively across functions to deliver achieve goals and deliver results.* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data gathered.* Ability to manage priorities effectively to achieve program goals.* Resourcefulness, commitment, interpersonal, communication and influencing skills.Desired Characteristics* Previous experience in a Field Service environment.* Prior knowledge of medical equipment.Duties include building financial project plans including defining tasks, deliverables, responsible parties and timing. Also includes tracking progress to the project plan and facilitating communications around status of actual to target status and assisting in building remediation strategies. Change management, including communication and problem solving, skills are critical. Includes jobs such as Project Manager, Project Coordinator, Program Manager and Program Director.
