As a Corporate Account Executive, you will leverage The Challenger methodology to develop new business, prospect to close, within a specific territory, no travel involved.

Account Executives complete a thorough training program, and are a part of ongoing learning, development, and mentorship to achieve success.
Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify prospective customers and key decision makers, secure business meetings through cold calling, email, and outbound campaigns, and close deals
- Selling our OFCCP product line, targeting government contractors within your territory
- Effectively manage your sales pipeline, creating a sense of urgency in the sales process to bring deals to close
- Establish our value and differentiation via online business presentations, executing effective sales strategies to meet and exceed your sales goals
- Average deal size is $10k-15k, with a sales cycle between 30 and 50 days
- Cold calling prospects and delivering our value proposition
- Conducting 1-2 "knowledge calls" to vet prospects and build a pipeline
- Delivering 3-5 business presentations
- Building and refining prospect lists within your territory
- Manager meetings to get the support you need for success
- Pipeline/territory clean up and management
- Creating and refining your strategic territory plan
- Pipeline/territory clean up and management
- Strategic All Hands Sales Meetings and ongoing training and development
- Hitting or exceeding your sales goal
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- Several years of solution-based B2B sales experience
- Strategic prospecting skills
- Experience using the Challenger methodology preferred
- SaaS product sales experience preferred
- Self-motivation, independence, and goal orientation
