Controller/SEC Reporting Manager

Our client in the manufacturing industry is seeking their next Controller. This position is open due to growth of the company and increased responsibilities in the organization. Ideal candidate will have good leadership experience, SEC reporting knowledge and ability to partner with Senior leaders of a growing organization.

• Oversee the accounting functions to include, accounts payable, accounts receivable, inventory, general ledger, payroll and taxes
• Responsible for driving month-end financial close process and compile financial statements in accordance with GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
• Ensure internal controls are designed and operating effectively
• Proactively identify, design and implement process improvement opportunities across the Finance organization
• Implementation of a new software solutions, including a new ERP system
• Partner with the CFO and cross-functional leadership team members
• Lead the preparation of management reporting packages and related analysis
