VP of Client and Field Communications - Telecommute

Primary purpose is to ensure the OptumRx growth & retention team is both equipped to achieve their goals and successfully execute and launch company initiatives.

You'll enjoy the flexibility to telecommute* from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Partner with internal organization leaders to provide Growth and Retention perspective, input and requirements for company initiatives that impact OptumRx clients, members and Growth and Retention team members. Represent voice of client / market internally.
• Develop, drive and lead the execution of the Growth and Retention ("the field") communication strategy
• Develop, drive and lead the execution of the field training program, including New Employee training and ongoing training
• Develop, drive and lead the execution of the client and consultant communication plan from strategy to launch for key company strategic initiatives
• Develop, drive and lead the execution of policies, processes, resources, and job aids to increase efficiency of Growth and Retention team members.
• Partner across OptumRx Growth & Retention and internal Optum and UHC organizations

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience and knowledge of the PBM industry
• Experience and knowledge of OptumRx's organizational structure and its matrixed environment
• Knowledge of the PBM marketplace and nuances of the different market segments
• Experience developing comprehensive communication plans with variety of formats and mediums to best meet the goals of the plan.
• Experience working with clients and the sense of urgency that is required to satisfy a complex client portfolio and meet their expectations
• Experience working with executive leaders
• Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams while driving results
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to write effectively for internal and external audiences

Colorado Residents Only: The salary/hourly range for Colorado residents is $130,300 to $250,200.
